Mindful Movement

Exercise alone provides all kinds of obvious physical and psychological benefits. But engaging your mind while exercising opens a whole new host of additional benefits. It’s through mindful movement that we learn what our bodies are capable of and also areas of weakness. This is how we relearn correct patterns of movement to prevent future injury, increase coordination and improve balance.

Personal

No two bodies are built the same nor do they move the same. Given that sessions are one-on-one or 2-3 people max, each client gets the individual attention that is necessary to ensure safety and overall progress. Sessions can be modified and adjusted to accommodate any and all limitations and/or weaknesses with the goal of improvement in mind.

Variety

No session is like another because our bodies (and our minds) perform better when we keep them guessing. And although all movement is good for us, it is beneficial to challenge ourselves in new ways. This can come in the form of strength, cardio, balance, and/or flexibility training. We do all of this at KFit.
