Kelly Lovell
KFit owner, Kelly Lovell, has always loved helping people become better versions of themselves. Combining her love of people with her passion for health and fitness has allowed her to create a unique and personal experience for her clients. Her knowledge of various movement modalities gives clients a one-of-a-kind experience that can be tailored to their individual needs. KFit’s small studio feel allows Kelly to focus on form while creating a fun, safe environment for clients to explore movement through strength training, interval training, pilates, balance and flexibility all in one workout.
Kelly became a certified AFAA Group Fitness instructor in 2005 and an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 2008. In 2014 she opened her own in-home fitness studio and KFit was born. In addition to being AFAA certified, Kelly is also a certified NASM Nutrition Coach, Tabata trained, TRX trained, Senior Group Exercise Instructor, Jillian Michels Certified Trainer, KT Tape certified, and is currently training to become a certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor.
